Deposits

You can make a deposit to your player account any time by going to the ‘Account’ section and finding ‘Add Funds’ in the ‘Wallet’ section in the left side menu on the page. You can make payments with all major credit and debit cards. 

Withdrawals 

You can withdraw funds from your player account any time by going to the ‘Account’ section and finding ‘Withdrawals’ in the ‘Wallet’ section in the left side menu on the page. 

Withdrawals are made by returning funds via the payment method that you used to deposit funds. In certain circumstances, we may ask to make a repayment of funds to your bank account. Usually, this is because you will have had a great win and the withdrawal will be in excess of the amount you deposited - your card issuer will have a maximum amount that can be returned to card so we will need to pay your winnings by the alternative method. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the issue in our system, and you can, of course contact us directly via customer support to have the matter dealt with immediately. Refunds

Refunds are not routinely available because we may have already obtained a ticket on your behalf relative to your order and incurred the cost of doing so. However, in some circumstances we may be able to void a purchase, so if you have made a mistake and you wish to try to obtain a refund for an order made, then please contact us directly via customer support to have the matter assessed. We are sorry that this may not always be available and reserve the right to make that decision, which will be final.

Voids

There are occasions when we may have to void an order – e.g. due to a temporary lapse in supply of lotto tickets or a local issue with the draw for the lottery in question. In the event that this does happen, we will notify you in by email as soon as we become aware of an issue and will refund the cost of the order to your player account immediately and show the bet as voided in the Order History.

 

Cancellation, alteration and modification of subscriptions  

By you:

  1. You can cancel, alter or modify your subscription or recurring order with us at any time. Please contact customer services to make a request by email at [email protected] or by finding your local phone contact in Contact Us. We will stop, alter or modify the order immediately.

By us:

  1. We can cancel your subscription or recurring order in line with the following terms and conditions.
  2. We may cancel or change all or part of your subscription or recurring order for certain reasons. Such changes include, for example, changing the price of a game(s) and/or changing rules or procedures relating to same(s).
  3. We may cancel or change your subscription or recurring order playslip or subscription or recurring order ticket (or any condition attaching to a subscription or recurring order playslip or subscription or recurring order ticket) to the extent necessary or appropriate to reflect any such cancellation or change.
  4. We will notify you in advance of any such cancellation or change.
  5. If a subscription or recurring order playslip or subscription or recurring order ticket is cancelled by us, we will either (at our discretion) use any balance of the relevant subscription or recurring order payment already collected (or in the process of being collected) to buy subscription or recurring order tickets for you or make a proportionate refund of the unused balance to you. No interest will be payable in respect of any refund made.
  6. We may, at our absolute discretion and without giving a reason, cancel individual subscriptions and recurring orders and/or cancel all of your subscriptions or recurring orders.
  7. If playing by subscription or recurring order is cancelled (in whole or part) and/or all or some of your subscription or recurring order is cancelled, our only liability will be to either (at its discretion):
    1. use any balance of a subscription or recurring order payment already in the process of being collected for your subscription or recurring order to buy subscription or recurring order tickets, and pay any subscription or recurring order prizes due to you in relation to those subscription or recurring order tickets. In this case, cancellation will be effective after the last Draw(s) your payment has already been collected for; or
    2. refund any money you have already paid for those draws of the relevant games(s) taking place after the cancellation and pay any unpaid subscription or recurring order prizes due to you for any draws that took place before the cancellation. In this case, cancellation will be effective from the next draws(s) of the games(s) your subscription or recurring order playslip relates to. No interest will be payable in respect of any refund made.
  8. You will not be entitled to any subscription or recurring order prizes for subscription or recurring orders if you have recovered the subscription or recurring order payment used to buy those subscription or recurring orders.
  9. We may, at any time, change the subscription or recurring order service and/or suspend all or part of the subscription or recurring order service (including the ability to set up a subscription or recurring order on the Site) for a period of time. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any such change or suspension.
